- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used Dr Dugan for over 6 years now. He has overseen the breeding of my mare and the care of baby. He has helped diagnose lameness and treat it. He does annual teeth exams and floats at our barn. He did the castrations of our colts and did an amazing job, he has a new technique that limits bleeding and errors. Dr. Dugan is easy to work with and truly wants to help. He has also taken care of our cats, dogs, sheep, goats and our pig. He will tell you if something is out of his realm of expertise and not do something he isn't comfortable with and risk and animal. His office staff is excellent and knowledgable.
